Return and Refund Policy

All CozyQuest Stickers products are made to order. Because each item is produced specifically for your order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, wrong size selection, duplicate orders, or accidental purchases.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at:

Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item
- A photo of the packaging if the package arrived damaged

After reviewing the issue, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution.

Order cancellations may only be accepted if production has not yet started. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method.

We currently sell to customers in the United States and Canada only.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
